The Refer & Save, Free PandaPro Promo will run from January 30, 2024, 12 AM to March 31, 2024, 11:59 PM.
Converge customers who are referring applicants via the Member-Get-Member (MGM) program are entitled to join the promo. The referrals should be encoded via GoFiber.ph website or Gofiber Mobile App within the promo period. The procedures, terms and conditions stated in https://www.convergeict.com/member-get-member/ will be applied.
The online referral & application comprising the pertinent customer information (name, address & contact details) will serve as their registration/entry to this promo.
For every successful application which will be activated within the promo period, both the referrer and referee will get a Free Panda Pro 6-month subscription. Hence, the referrer can get more free Panda Pro 6-month subscription codes if he/she has more than one successful referral within the promo period.
Qualified customers will be notified via their registered email or SMS/viber or through registered mail. Their names might be announced via email and/or Converge social media page.
The Panda Pro Subscription codes & instructions will be sent to the registered email address of the qualified customers. These are subject to terms and conditions of Panda Pro subscription.

Terms & Conditions

Employees of Converge, its affiliates, and agencies, and their relatives up to third degree of consanguinity or affinity are ineligible to join the promo.
The codes are transferable, but cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other goods and services.
In case of disputes related to the promo mechanics and fulfillment, Converge’s decisions shall prevail. Issues on promo entry and redemption shall be resolved by Converge ICT Solutions Inc. based on the guidelines set by the DTI.
Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of notice or it will be forfeited in favor of Converge ICT Solutions, Inc. with prior approval of DTI. The voucher codes sent to the registered email address should be activated within sixty (60) days in the FoodPanda mobile app.

Terms and Conditions

1.Under this promo, the qualified subscribers shall be entitled to the following:

Discounted monthly and one-time rates.
Free Delivery and Installation by Tech Squad. This gives the subscribers savings of P1,700.
Free one (1) month internet.

2.The qualified subscribers shall be relocked-in for twenty-four (24) months)

3.The Free one (1) month internet is not transferrable or convertible to cash or cash-advance.

4.The price of the device is not included in the monthly service fee but billed separately in the SOA (Statement of Account)The payments received for the device is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or any other product, even if the service is disconnected or the device is lost, damaged, or stolen.

5.Should the customer terminate the service before completing the 24-months payments for the device, the customer shall be billed for the remaining amount.

6.Forfeiture of all deposits settling of all outstanding obligations and payment in the amount of full-monthly service fee multiplied by the number of month’s balance of the unexpired lock-in period plus remaining amount of the Add-on device. (e.g. MRC X remaining months + remaining amount of the VAS.

7.In case of disputes, the decision of Converge with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
