• The deadline for submission of entries for the online application promo is at 11:59PM, October 15, 2025. 
• Raffle Prizes are as follows:

• Raffle draw/determination of winner(s) will be held on October 17, 2025 in the presence of a DTI representative.
• Prizes are not convertible to cash nor transferable. A customer can only win once. If the name is drawn more than once, the winner must get the prize with a higher value.
• Winners shall be notified via registered mail, email and SMS, and their names will be posted at the Converge FiberX Facebook page. Winners may claim their prize at the nearest Business Center. 
• To claim the prize, winners must present a valid ID. If claiming through an authorized representative, present the valid ID and a proxy letter signifying the representative’s authority to claim the said prize.
• Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice or it will be forfeited in favor of Converge with prior approval of DTI.
• Employees of Converge ICT Solutions Inc, their partners and affiliates, suppliers, and advertising agencies, including their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promotion.
• Per DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB-235546 Series of 2025.

Terms and Conditions

1. All subscriptions are subject to Converge’s standard credit and facility check.
2. All prizes are not convertible to cash or cash advance.
3. The customer agrees to hold Converge ICT, their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents, free and harmless from any loss and injury or damage caused arising by his/her participation in the promo or acceptance.
