• Fill out the contact information and service address of your referral.
• If the address is serviceable, your referral will receive a unique link via SMS/Email.
This link will allow your referral to continue with the application. The link will expire
in five (5) days.
Terms and Conditions

1.Under this promo, the qualified subscribers shall be entitled to the following:

  • Discounted monthly and one-time rates.
  • Free Delivery and Installation by Tech Squad. This gives the subscribers savings of P1,700.
  • Free one (1) month internet.

2.The qualified subscribers shall be relocked-in for twenty-four (24) months)

3.The Free one (1) month internet is not transferrable or convertible to cash or cash-advance.

4.The price of the device is not included in the monthly service fee but billed separately in the SOA (Statement of Account)The payments received for the device is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or any other product, even if the service is disconnected or the device is lost, damaged, or stolen.

5.Should the customer terminate the service before completing the 24-months payments for the device, the customer shall be billed for the remaining amount.

6.Forfeiture of all deposits settling of all outstanding obligations and payment in the amount of full-monthly service fee multiplied by the number of month’s balance of the unexpired lock-in period plus remaining amount of the Add-on device. (e.g. MRC X remaining months + remaining amount of the VAS.

7.In case of disputes, the decision of Converge with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
