Clark Field, Data Center, Pampanga Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, Graduate of Electrical Engineering, ECE and Licensed Eng’r.
- Must be Registered Electrical Engineers (REE) and Registered Master Electricians (RME)
- Willing to work at Converge and on-site.
- Open to work on call and Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm), rest day on Saturday &Sunday and on monthly night shift schedule.
- Knowledge of basic tools, construction practices and communication networks.
- Knowledge of cable installation practices, tracing cables, lacing, etc.
- Knowledge of fiber optic cable types, make-up of fiber optic cables, and specifications.
- Knowledge of various manufacturers ISP racks, cabinets, ladder rack, fiber guide and termination panels.
- Knowledge of cable testing procedures and test equipment.
- Knowledge of inside plant safety measures.
- Knowledge of data center security processes and adhere to the measures they put in place.
- Knowledge of various network equipment like Servers, Switch, routers, etc.
- Basic knowledge of electrical concepts and terms. it’s an advantage, but not a requirement
- Good work ethics and a willingness to learn.
- Should have a deep understanding of the various components that make up a data center, including servers, storage systems, networking equipment, power distribution units (PDUs), uninterruptable power supplies (UPS), cooling systems, and physical security measures. This includes knowledge of different server architectures, store technologies, network topologies, and industry best practices for data center design and layout.
