• Apply for a Residential Converge Fiber Internet Plan through any of the sales channels specified within the promo period (June 24, 2022 to Sept 23, 2022)
• Twenty (20) different prizes will be raffled off each month for successful applications submitted and activated within the promo period.
• Activation means that their application is confirmed and is under the “Active” status. Each activated account will obtain raffle entry/entries depending on the subscribed plan.
• The monthly draw will be done in the presence of a DTI representative online via Google Meet every 5:00 PM on the following dates – July 26, Aug 26, and Sept 26, 2022.
• Below are the plans eligible for the raffle. Applicants with higher plans get more chances to win.

• Converge ICT will post the name of the winners on their social media pages on :

• Winners will be notified via registered mail, email, and phone call. For verification, winners will be asked about their subscription data and contact details via call or email.
• Winners can claim their prizes at the Converge ICT Solutions Inc. Reliance Office within 60 days from the raffle draw date with a valid ID. Prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.
• Twenty (20) winners will be announced monthly, three (3) days after the draw, for the duration of the promo through Converge’s official social media pages (FB, IG and Twitter). Each winner will receive one of the monthly prizes. The winners will be notified using Viber Business message, email and/or SMS.
• Prizes can be picked up by winners within sixty (60) days from the date of announcement of winners.
• This promo may be in conjunction with other ongoing promotions and discounts.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. This promo is open to all new applications made between June 24, 2022 – Sept 23, 2022. Winners will be given up to 60 days after notification to verify their entry. When no valid response is received after 60 days, prize will be forfeited in favor of Converge with concurrence from DTI.
2. Employees of Converge, its affiliates, and agencies, and their relatives up to third degree of consanguinity or affinity are ineligible to join the promo.
3. The promo is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other goods and services.
4. If prizes are not picked up within 60 days upon receipt of the registered mail, prizes shall be forfeited with prior DTI approval.
   Converge ICT has the right to take photos of the winners while claiming their prizes for documentation purposes and social media posting.
5. Claiming of Prizes is until sixty 60 days from receipt of notification, otherwise, prizes will be forfeited in favor of Converge, with prior approval of DTI.
6. In case of disputes related to the promo mechanics and fulfillment, Converge’s decisions shall prevail. Issues on promo entry and redemption shall be resolved by Converge ICT Solutions Inc. based on the guidelines set by the DTI.
