• This promo shall include the following Vision Plans:

• This offer will entitle subscribers to avail Vision at NO INITIAL COST. The Xperience Box Fee worth ₱2,800 is provided for FREE. Installation and Delivery are also waived. 
• All successful applications and delivery of Vision will be notified via direct mail. 
• Promo runs from February 15 – August 31, 2024.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The VISION NO CASH OUT PROMO is open to New and Existing Residential FiberX customers in NCR.
• A Converge FiberX connection is REQUIRED to get the VISION add-on service. 
• The No Cash Out Promo offers FREE Xperience set-top box (STB) and FREE installation and delivery. A maximum of up to four (4) STBs is limited per account. 
• Customers who avail of the promo will have a new 24 month contract term.
• Once VISION service is activated, the monthly fee for the VISION add-on service will be added to the subscriber’s bill. 
• Cancellation of order before delivery of the Xperience Box will be honored if:
  • Package is not yet received. 
  • Package is returned unopened and undamaged.
• In case of disputes, the decision of Converge ICT Solutions, with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. 
• By joining this promo, the subscriber confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the promo mechanics and its Terms & Conditions.
• Converge reserves the right to disapprove transaction of accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system).
• Converge reserves the right to vary these Terms & Conditions with prior approval of DTI.
