Shape the Future of Converge as We Evolve from Telco to Techco
Converge is evolving from a telco into a technology company, driving digital innovation across the Philippines. As a Business Analyst, you’ll help drive strategic initiatives by supporting change analysis, solution design, and execution across key transformation areas, from process and technology shifts to people development and cultural change. This is a highly cross-functional role that blends analytical rigor with stakeholder collaboration, with visibility across enterprise, consumer, and people functions.
Your Impact
Business Analysis & Problem Solving
- Conduct research, root cause analysis, and diagnostic assessments to surface business challenges and inefficiencies
- Analyze operational and strategic data to identify patterns, trends, and performance gaps
- Use data visualization and analytical tools to translate insights into meaningful, actionable recommendations
Value Realization & KPI Design
- Support solution development with a focus on impact, feasibility, and alignment with transformation objectives
- Define measurable KPIs to evaluate outcomes and track the success of implemented solutions
- Contribute to business case development and value tracking for transformation initiatives
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Build relationships with business leaders and frontline teams to understand needs, gather requirements, and align on priorities
- Communicate findings and project updates clearly and effectively to stakeholders at multiple levels
Project Execution Support
- Work closely with the Transformation Manager to support the delivery of cross-functional initiatives
- In select cases, act as the project lead to manage scope, coordination, and execution across teams
- Ensure initiatives are delivered on time and in alignment with business goals
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, change management, or transformation roles
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Experience supporting digital transformation in B2B and B2C environments
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, business case development, and KPI tracking
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
- Preferably Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified or equivalent
